Date of death: 2 August 2014
15-year-old Mohammed Shu’eeb Al Bhabsa from Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip had a good sense of humor. He was a religious boy who performed all of his daily prayers at the mosque. He hoped to go to university to study Islamic Law. “After Mohammed’s death, along with his five uncles’, our home lost its soul. We had a lot of memories. I really miss him at the time of prayers as he used to pray beside me at the mosque,” says his father.
On 20 August 2014, an Israeli drone fired four missiles at the house and then an Israeli warplane fired one missile. As a result, Mohammed, who was sleeping at the time, was instantly killed, along with five of his uncles.
