Name: Mohammed Ahmed Harby Siam
Date of birth: 4 December 2007
Date of death: 27 July 2014
Six-year-old Mohammed from Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip liked to go out all the time. He loved playing football and with marbles. He was anxious to go to school. He was very close to his mother. “I hoped to see him studying at university and with a solid future,” his mother said.
On 27 July 2014, when Mohammed was sitting on the street with his friends and cousins, an Israeli warplane targeted them without warning. Many people were killed on the spot and others were seriously injured, including Mohamed. "I looked out of the window. Mohamed was still moving. But he died after a while from his injuries," his mother added.
