Two-year-old Hallah from the Al Mahattah area in Khan Younis was said to be named Hallah because she was very beautiful when she was born. She had a strong personality. “On my way home from work, I would buy her candies and chocolates, and she would remain happy for the rest of the day, kissing me all the time, ” said her mother. She loved her brother very much and he loved her. “As she got older , she would stand in front of the mirror and put some makeup on and comb her hair. She liked to do so very much. Now I am pregnant, and I hope to have another Hallah,” said her mother.
Four families, including the Mo’amar family, were living in the Al Dali building in Khan Younis when it was attacked. The building was bombarded by Israeli warplanes without warning. It was completely destroyed. Thirty-five people were killed, including Hallah.
