Date of Birth: 29 November 2007
Date of Death: 20 July 2014
Six-year-old Hebat Allah from Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip was about to start first grade. Hebat was disabled and receiving treatment in Egypt. She had one pair of shoes that were designed specifically for her disabled foot and she was always asking her mother if they could buy her all types of shoes when her foot got better. “She was not comfortable because she could not run like the rest of the children,” said her aunt.
Her parents said they spoiled her very much, partly to distract her from her disability. Her family bought her a new dress before Ramadan for the Eid holiday .Throughout Ramadan, she talked about her new dress, although she did not have a chance to wear it.
Hebat was killed at the age of seven, along with her mother and brother, when an Israeli warplane bombarded their house.
