Ibtihal from Wadi Al Salaqa in Deir El Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip was the youngest member of her family. She was very close to her mother. Her ambition was to go to kindergarten. She liked dolls and balloons. She used to hug her mother and father when they were upset.
“We evacuated our house and stayed on our farm to the west of Salah Al Din Street. An Israeli missile hit our farm and Ibtihal was immediately killed at the age of four,” said her mother said while crying. Salem, Ibtihal’s nephew, says: “I used to play with her, but now she is in heaven.”
