Short Link:
Name: Tahrir Naser Ahmed Jaber
Date of birth: 23 March 2003
Date of death: 29 July 2014
Eleven-year-old Tahrir from Al Twam neighborhood in Jabalia town in the North of the Gaza Strip was very smart and excellent at school. Her voice was very sweet while reading and singing. “She liked chickens, so she provided them with food and water, and enjoyed looking at them”, her father said.
Half an hour before the attack, her father asked her to go with him to her grandfather's house, but she refused and stayed to play with her cousins. Tahrir was playing with her cousins when an Israeli shell directly hit them. Her body was divided into two parts. “We miss her too much, even our neighbors do. We were sharing everything with everybody. She left us so many good memories”, her father added.
