Thirteen-year-old Hassan from Beit Lahia in the north of the Gaza Strip was a responsible child who helped his father sell cheese. He had a strong body and liked food very much. He liked playing football. “He was saving his pocket money to buy a school bag,” his mother said. She is 29.
On 21 August 2014, Hassan and his father, 35, were selling cheese. A missile from an Israeli drone hit them. His father was killed and Hassan was fatally wounded. He moved towards his father to help him.
