Seventeen-year-old Hadeel from Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Gaza Strip was a brilliant girl. She memorized the Quran in record time. She was an outstanding student. Her ambition was to be a doctor. "She had a strong personality and she knew how to manage my temperament," said her father.
Hadeel was killed in the Balata family massacre along with nine others from the same family when their house was targeted by Israeli missiles. "I miss her so much because she was my daughter and my friend,” her father added.
