Thirteen-year-old Amna from Beit Lahia town in the North of the Gaza Strip was a brave child who did not get scared during the war. She loved her friends and visiting them. “She liked Indian and action movies”, her mother said.
On 21 August 2014, Israeli warplanes launched a missile at her house without any prior warning. The house became a pile of rubble. Amna was immediately killed along with her brother, Ahmed, 16. Her body was found meters away from her house.
