At approximately 5:20 pm on Monday, 1 December 2014, unknown armed men kidnapped Dr.
Musbah Abdullah Abdel Rahman Mousa, 66, lecturer at Al Aqsa University in the Gaza Strip, while he was near his house in An-Nakhel Street in Deir Al Balah.
Two white Toyota cars stopped and some armed men dressed in military clothes and holding Kalashnikovs got out of the cars.
They forced Mousa to get into their car.
They beat and interrogated him and then left quickly.
He was about 100 meters away from his house when he was assaulted.
When he arrived at his house, he fell on the ground and his sons took him to Al Aqsa hospital in Deir Al Balah.
Medical report stated that he sustained bruises in his head, face, the back and chest
