At approximately 5:30 pm on Sunday, 23 November 2014, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of young men in Al Yahodeya area, about 1,000 meters away from the borders east of Al Shoka village in Rafah.
As a result, Abdel Razeq Sa’ad Sulaiman Al Qadi, 17, sustained bullet wound in his chest.
Medical sources at Abu Youssef An-Najjar Hospital described his injury as critical.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the IOF launched flare bombs at the area then it opened fire at the gathering group.
