At approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday 11 January 2014, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of Palestinian young men who were near the borders east of the Islamic cemetery in east Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
As a result, Mahmoud Atef Mohammed Lobbad, 22, sustained a bullet wound in his left leg.
Medical sources in Kamal Odwan hospital described his injury as moderate.
