At approximately 7:15 pm on Saturday 27 July 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at Fadi Waleed Issa, 27, as he approached the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of Al Bureij refugee camp.
As a result, Fadi sustained two bullet wounds in the legs.
He was admitted to Al Aqsa Hospital where his injury was described as moderate.
Fadi lives in Al Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza and suffers schizophrenia.
