At approximately 10:00 am on Saturday 16 February 2013, police detained two Fatah activists when they were at Abasan Co-Education School east of Khan Younis.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the police detained them for three hours during which they were interrogated about their activities related to updating voters’ record at the school.
Al Mezan has identified their names as follows:
Kefah Sami Abu Jame’, 24; and
Eid Jameel Al Breem, 25.
