At approximately 11:30 am on Tuesday 29 January 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened sporadic fire at a number of Palestinians who were collecting rubbles and scrap from the destroyed area northeast of Beit Hanoun. As a result, Mammdouh Mhanan Mansour Al Kafarna, 19, sustained a bullet wound in the left thigh. Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as moderate.
