Israeli Aircraft Attacks Group of Young Palestinian Men East of Ash-Sheja’iya; Two Persons Killed

  At approximately 8:35 pm on Monday 12 March 2012, an Israeli aircraft fired a missile at a group of young Palestinian men near Mu’ammar Al Mbaied mosque at the end of An-Nazzaz street, east of the Ash-Sheja’iya neighborhood of eastern Gaza City.
  As a result, Bassam Salim Diyab Al ‘Ijla, 32, was killed instantly; his body was dismembered.
  Mohammed Ameen Daher, 23, was pronounced dead on arrival at Ash-Shifa hospital in Gaza City.
  A child resident of the area also sustained light injuries as a result of the attack.
