At approximately 11:00 am on Sunday 15 January 2012, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned Mohammed Ma’ali Obeid Abu Samra, 62, and his son Ma’ali Mohammed Abu Samra, 24, to appear at its office in Deir Al Balah on Monday 16 January 2012.
At approximately 1:00 pm on the same day, a force from the Apparatus searched An-Nakheel studio in Deir Al Balah and confiscated a laptop and CDs.
The force then went to the house of Ma’ali Mohammed, who works at the studio, and searched the home, confiscating a desktop computer and CDs.
