At approximately 01:00 on Thursday 24 November 2011, about 15 Israeli tanks accompanied by armored bulldozers moved about 300 metres into Burat Abu Samra area north of Beit Lahiya, in North Gaza district with sporadic gun fire.
Bulldozers leveled lands that had been razed before.
No casualties or injuries were reported, but the gunfire scared farmers and they abandoned their farms.
The IOF withdrew from the area in the evening hours on the same day.
