GAZA, (Alresalah.ps)-- Al-Mezan centre for human rights issued a new report on the use of torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment by 'Israel' against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The Mezan's field report, covering a two-year period from 1 May 2009 to 30 April 2010.
