5pm on Sunday 7 February 2010, Refa'at Mheesin, 41, was stabbed in the back and the hand in a family feud-related attack.
Mheesin lives in Ash-Sheja'iya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
He is the director of the Department of Referrals Abroad in Gaza.
He was referred to Barzilai Medical Centre in Israel for treatment.
According to medical sources his injures were moderate.
