Following the attack on the Preventive Security Building and successive insecurity incidents which resulted in killing 6 Palestinian and injuring 9, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights issued a press release on May 6th where it expressed regret over the loss of citizens and condemns the increasing state of insecurity and the PNA's inability to take effective procedure to halt violence which has encouraged further extrajudicial actions.
Al Mezan hereby calls upon the PNA to immediately take practical steps to stop the state of insecurity, impose the law and eliminate armed manifestations in streets in order to secure stability and safety within the Palestinian society.
