On 16 August at approximately 6:30pm, armed persons exchanged fire, near Abasan Al Kabira square, in Khan Younis. As a result, 14-year old Soliman Yousif Abu An Nasir was killed and 4 other civilians were injured; Soliman Mahmoud Qdeih, 60, salah Qdeih, 21, Abd Allatif Ibrahim Abu Teir, 27, and Khaled Soliman Abu Anza, 32.
