On Dec.19th, at approximately 15:30, armed men kidnapped a member of Izz Ad Din Al Qassan Brigades, in Jabalia, and took him to an unknown destination. 30 minutes later, armed men kidnapped Iyad Al Madhoun, an intelligence officer, whilst close to his house, in At Twam area. This action was a response to the kidnapping of the Qassam member.
