On 13/1/2008, the police raided a number of houses in the Al Farta area of eastern Beit Hanoun.
They were looking for 42-year-old Mohammed Shabat.
The police arrested Hossam Ashour, 28, Sheikh Sami Saada, 54, and his nephew, Ahmed Saada, 32, from their homes in Al Qurman Street.
The three were released from custody a few hours later.
