On 28 March 2008, at 3am, an IOF Special Unit penetrated 500 meters into the Al Qararah area of KhanYounis, and opened fire at a group of youths who were in the area, killing Belal Abed Rabu Mousa, 19, and injuring another who was reported to have sustained moderate injuries.
