IOF Shells Eastern Jabalia Camp with Ground to Ground Missile

15pm, on 18 December 2008, the IOF, stationed on the borderlines east of Gaza city, fired a ground-to-ground missile towards a group of young men who gathered in the vicinity of the Civil Administration area, in eastern Jabalia Refugee Camp.
However, no casualties were reported.
