The heavy use of firearms by the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces and the concentration on the upper parts of the injured bodies points out what have been stressed by AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights in its’ previous press releases.
In light of the current situation, AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights stresses the following: The use of lethal force against the armless Palestinian civilians by the Israeli soldiers is not justified.
The lives of the Israeli soldiers were not endangered in anyway.
The distance between the soldiers and the Palestinians was, in all the sites, more than 100 meters.
The primary purpose of fire-shooting was to kill demonstrators.
The use of missiles reflects a predetermined intention of the state of Israel to cause the heaviest possible casualties among the Palestinians.
In light of the current situation, AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights calls upon the international community to get rid of the silence cycle and play a more positive role.
The international community should put an end to the killing of the Palestinian people.
The “silence” conspiracy towards what’s taking place in the Occupied Territories will only result in more massacres among the Palestinian civilians.
