IOF Opens Fire at a Peaceful Protest near Erez Crossing

At approximately 3:00 pm on Friday, 29 April 2016, Israeli occupation forces (IOF), stationed in the vicinity of Erez Crossing in the northern border, opened fire and lunched tear gas canisters at a number of young men and children who were protesting against Israeli violations in Jerusalem and the West Bank; Clashes lasted until 7:30 pm. Medical personnel of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) treated the participants affected by teargas inhalation in the field.
