Palestinian civilian kidnapped and beaten by armed persons.

On 16 Nov.
at approximately 11:00, armed men kidnapped Majed Mohammed Quider while he was in a car in the Al Fokhari area of Kkhan Younis.
Quider was beaten and held until the following day.
