Young man kidnapped and shot in legs in Khan Younis

Armed men forced Issam Mohammed Omran, 25, out of his car at app.
23:45 on the 10th of June 2007 while by the beach in Khan Younis.
Omran was taken to an unknown destination.
Half an hour later, he was found in the An Nimsawi neighborhood of Khan Younis, injured with several live bullets to his right leg .

Omran has asserted that he was interrogated by the kidnappers who told him that they were members of the bureau of investigation.
He said that he was severely beaten before being shot.
