Unknown gunmen kidnap a Fatah activist in Jabalia

At approximately 14.
30pm, on 10 September 2007, unknown gunmen in civil wear, kidnapped the Fatah activist Ramzi Yousif Hweila, 35, while he was close to the market of Jabalia Refugee Camp, and took him to Jabalia police station.

Ramzi was summoned to give himself up to the EF, but did not respond to them.
