IOF Incursion in Beit Lahia

On Monday, 9/6/2008, at approximately 1:00am, the IOF, backed by about 20 military vehicles, entered into Borat Abu Samra area amid intermittent fire.
The area is near the northern border of Gaza.

The IOF took competitive positions from where it opened fire towards homes in the area.
The IOF bulldozers began to level the land adjacent to the border.
This one of the IOF's most common conducts during incursions in bordering areas.
The IOF withdrew that evening with no reported causalities.
