Khan Younis Loses Three Young Men in IOF Shooting

On Monday, 16/6/2008, at approximately 5:30am, IOF shot toward a group of young men who were approaching the border east of Khozaa village in Khan Younis.

As a result 23-year-old Yasser Fayez Abu Elyyan, 20-year-old Alaa Rawhi Al Barem and 19-year-old Mahmoud Salem Abu Shab were killed.
Afterwards, the IOF entered the area and began operations.

At approximately 10:00am, IOF military vehicles fired artillery that led to the injury of three citizens.
They suffered moderate injuries and were transfered to Nasser Hospital for treatment.

It is noteworthy that medical teams managed to retrieve the three bodies at approximately 12:00pm, after the IOF retreated inside the border.
