IOF Injured Woman in Eastern Khan Younis

On Tuesday, 1/7/2008, at approximately 8:00am, 36-year-old Aysha Jomaa Salem Abu Attaya, was hit by two bullets to the left tight after the IOF fired at her.
She was near the Sufa Crossing point in eastern Khan Younis.

Abu Attaya was injured while harvesting wheat on her farm in Al Fokhari neighborhood, 50 meters from the separation border.
She was taken to the European Hospital by a horse cart where medical sources described her injury as moderate.

Aysha Abu Attaya reported that she saw two military four-wheel vehicles near the area.
A number of soldiers stepped out and then she heard firing.
As she was trying to flee the area, she was shot.
