On June 18th at approximately 4pm, a suspicious device blew up in Al Baraka area south of Deir Al Balah, injuring Rafee Mesmeh, 50, and his children, Qusai, 14 and Tanseem, 13.
They were all transferred to Al Aqsa hospital in Deir Al Balah.
