At 2:30pm on Thursday, 4 October 2018, Israeli forces detained Naser Addin Al-Kilani, 50, while trying to cross through Erez in North Gaza. According to field documentation, Al-Kilani, a resident of Beit Lahia in the same district, works as the Palestinian Civil Affairs’ director of Erez crossing and was on his way to Jerusalem when he was detention. The place of his detention is unknown. The Israeli forces informed the Palestinian Civil Affairs of Al-Kilani’s detention at 7:30pm on the same day.
