At 3:30pm on Wednesday, 25 April 2018, Ahmed Abu Hussein, 25-year old journalist, was reported dead by doctors at Tal HaShomer Hospital in Israel. He had sustained critical wounds in the stomach when, at 2:40pm on Friday, 13 April 2018, Israeli forces shot him with a live bullet while he was covering the demonstrations in North Gaza. Prior to his death, Abu Hussein had received medical treatment at different hospitals in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Israel.
