At 8:30am on Monday, 23 April 2018, Israeli forces, accompanied by four military vehicles, moved about 70 meters from Zikim military site into areas adjacent to the borders in the north of Beit Lahia. The forces bulldozed the area, which was previously landleveled. Farmers nearby had to stop their work and escape their farms in fear for their lives.
