At 1:20pm on Tuesday, 17 April 2018, Israeli forces, accompanied by five military vehicles, moved about 20 meters from Nahal Oz military site into eastern Al Zaitoun neighborhood in eastern Gaza city. According to field monitoring, the forces bulldozed land and buttressed the border fence with more barbed wires. At 5pm on the same day, Israeli forces withdrew back behind the borders. No casualties were reported.
