At approximately 4:30 pm on Friday, 30 December 2016, the body of H. N. was found in her brother’s house in Al Soudaneya neighborhood, west of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. The body was admitted to Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza city. The spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior stated that the woman was suffocated to death. The police opened an investigation into the incident and arrested three of her brothers for interrogation.
