At approximately 2:20 pm on Wednesday, 15 June 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested the director of Al Ro’ya International Organization in the Gaza Strip, Mohammed Khalil Mohammed Al Halabi, 38, resident of Tal Al Za’tar in Jabaliya in North Gaza district. He was on his way back to the Strip from Erez crossing. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Al Halabi usually goes to the organization’s headquarter in Jerusalem for work. His family lost contact with him as soon as he entered Erez. Al Mezan’s lawyer is pursuing his case. He is detained at Ashkelon prison and he is prevented from lawyer visitation.
