At approximately 7:15 PM on Thursday, 21 April 2016, Israeli occupation forces (IOF), stationed at the eastern border, arrested Azmi Rafat Atallah Al Masri, 26, resident of Beit Hanoun, after he approached the border fence, east of Al Ahmar area, east of Beit Hanoun in North Gaza. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Azmi went out from his house to the border area, and later that night, his family received a call from an Israeli officer informing them that Azmi has been arrested and is being held in Ashkelon prison.
