At approximately 9 pm on Tuesday, 19 August 2014, Israeli warplanes fired six missiles at the house of Rabah Al Dalu (51), which is located in the Al Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood in northern Gaza City. The three-storey house was inhabited by the Al Dalu family's eight members and two families who were renting apartments in the building that included the wife and children of the commander of the Al Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Daif. Hamas denied that Daif was killed in the attack. Six people were killed in this attack, including Daif’s wife and two children. The attack completely destroyed the building and caused extensive damage to the neighbourhood. The bus company 'Abu Ulba' lost 36 vehicles. Another 15 people were injured in this attack.
