At approximately 2:30 pm on Wednesday, 3 June 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested Yasser Saleh Ali Al Hattab, 25, resident of At-Tofah neighborhood in Gaza, student at the Social Service College at Al Azhar University, and a volunteer at the Palestinian Youth project “Together for Change” in the American Friends Service Committee (Quaker). According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, he went to the crossing due to a previous coordination from Quaker in order to participate in a training course held in Nablus in the West Bank.
IOF arrested him at the crossing but allowed who escorted him to pass. According to Al Mezan’s lawyer Al Hattab is arrested at Ashkilon prison.
