At approximately 9:30 am on Sunday, 23 November 2014, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of bird hunters who were 100 meters away from the eastern borders in the north-east of the Islamic cemetery in north Gaza district.
As a result, Fadel Mohammed Ramadan Halawa, 32, sustained bullet wound in his abdomen.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as critical.
He stayed at the intensive care.
At approximately 11:30 am on the same day, he was pronounced dead.
