At approximately 11:00 am on Monday 29 September 2014, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a number of Palestinians who were near the borders north of Um An-Nasser Bedouin villages in North Gaza district.
As a result, Jalal Fawzi Ouda’ Allah Abu Jarad, 14, resident of the village, sustained a bullet wound in his left leg.
Medical sources in Kamal Odwan hospital described his injuries as moderate.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the wounded was in the place with some of his relatives in order to collect some scrap and sell it to factories to recycle it.
They were about 200 meters away from the border fence.
