At approximately 7:00 am on Friday 13 June 2014, Israeli gunboats opened fired Palestinian fishing boats which were in the Gaza sea north and west Al Waha area-near the maritime boarders- west of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. As a result, fishermen abandoned their work and left the area. No injuries or causalities were reported. Sporadic shooting continued all day long.
