At approximately 11:00 am on Thursday 22 May 2014, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested two men who approached the borders east of Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
Al Mezan identified them as: Ghassan Abdel Azeez Khader, 22, and Khamees Yehya Abu Khater, 19, residents of Jabliya in North Gaza district.
In their affidavits to Al Mezan, the detainees’ families stated that their sons went out together on Thursday morning, and they knew that they were arrested from some witnesses.
The Khader family received a call from their son informing them that he’s arrested in Ashkelon prison.
