At approximately 7:00 pm on Friday 23 May 2014, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of Palestinian young men who were near the borders- about 300 meters away- north Al Siyafa agricultural area in northwest of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. As a result, one of them sustained moderate wounds. According to Al Mezan’s filed investigation, the wounded friends took him away from the area until an ambulance from the PRCS arrived and carried him to the hospital.
