At approximately 8:30 am on Sunday 15 December 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of Palestinians farmers who were in their farms adjacent to the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel in Bouret Abu Samra agricultural area north of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district.
As a result, Mohammed Rafeeq Abdel Lateef Ash-Shenbari , 17, sustained a bullet wound in his left leg causing a fracture.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as moderate.
